Fortune was great to deal with, very friendly and helpful! I bought a preowned Audi S5 and then came back less than a year later to deal with Fortune again as my wife bought a new VW Tiguan. Incredible service and attention to detail. I felt bad, though— had an oil change today and my car was just back from a road trip with bugs plastered on the front and popcorn spilled all over the back. Returned to me shiny and clean! Was having a bit of trouble with opening a door - it wouldn’t! Brought it into the Chilliwack VW dealership to ask a question. Mike and his service team were right on it - they answered my questions, took a look and scheduled an appt within a very short period of time. Brought it in to have a mechanism replaced and wow - no charge!!! Mike is an EXPERT when it comes to all things mechanical on the VW and his team is friendly, helpful and very responsive. I will be going there for all future servicing!

Had an amazing experience working with Sophia Di Marco and everyone at Chilliwack VW. They were very friendly and helpful. Traded in our Mini Van for the SUV that had everything I wanted and more. There was no pressure to purchase and Sophia made it a fun experience for us. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had for a long time. Ryan McClary is very knowledgeable and gave me a very thorough report on the Tiguan including safety features, performance and reliability. When I phoned the dealership and spoke to Ryan about my needs, he told me he would make it worth my while to check out the car he had in mind for me. And he did not disappoint. I would recommend this dealership and Ryan in particular.
Our old car died on the road in Abbotsford. We had already been planning to replace it, so we had BCAA tow it to Chilliwack VW. We didn’t take it to the original dealer because of dissatisfaction with their response to problems. Found a near-new replacement (2020) and our salesperson, Yasmina Enneddam, was very helpful in concluding a good purchase deal.

Car recall and tire repair, only complaint was the time scheduled a lot longer than was forecast, I realize it’s difficult to say for certain but 2 1/2 hours for tire repair is long based on a 11am appointment

There are many dealerships to chose from in Vancouver, so I'm glad my trip out there was worth it. I found the car I wanted and received fair honest service to boot. Braden helped provide reasonable and fair numbers that eliminated the need for excessive old school haggling. Kianna is perpetually pleasant; she's listed here as administration but that must be changing - she was good to deal with on the sales floor.

As I have done often before, I was mounting my winter tires and rims in prep for a necessary mountain trip the next morning. Late afternoon, I had 3 wheels remounted, when one rear wheel would not come loose. This was not the first time I encountered this, but none of my previous tricks were successful. Before I even placed foot in the building I had a conversation over the phone with Ryan about trading in my vehicle.
